- Buyer must obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending the item back to us. RMA number must be printed on the box for correct processing of returns.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.
- Item must be shipping within 10 business days after issuing the RMA number. They should be shipped back via traceable courier such as DHL,Fedex and UPS. In case of factory sealed items all returned items must have there original factory sealed packing infact.
